What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a call, subscribe or unlock an SEO report, we store what you enter (such as your name, email, company, website and message), the page you submitted from, the campaign that brought you here and whether you agreed to receive emails. For spam and abuse protection we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
The free SEO tools fetch only the public web address you enter. The address and the results may be stored so the report can be shared by link.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, send the report or newsletter you asked for, and improve our services. We never sell your data. Newsletter emails are sent only after you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Services we rely on
Emails may be delivered through a transactional email provider. Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. If analytics are enabled, they are privacy-friendly and cookieless. A booking calendar, when offered, loads from the booking provider only after you choose to open it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries with no activity for 730 days are deleted automatically, except records of clients we worked with. Saved tool reports are deleted after 365 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing info@abdullahbabu.com.
